When you contact us or schedule a consultation, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, appointment details, real estate interests, and information you choose to share about your goals. Please do not submit financial account numbers, identity documents, or other sensitive records through a general inquiry or booking form.

Our hosting and embedded service providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, referring page, and service logs to deliver and protect their services. This website includes a third-party appointment scheduler and an embedded Google map. Those services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies.

How information is used

• Responding to your requests and discussing your buying or selling needs.
• Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments.
• Providing requested services and coordinating real estate matters you authorize.
• Sending communications you have requested or separately agreed to receive.

We do not use a consultation request as blanket consent to unrelated marketing.

Service providers supporting the delivery of our messages may process that information solely to perform those services for us.

Text messages and your choices

If you explicitly opt in to the Mark Coppens / Living Vogue text messaging program, you may receive the types of messages described at the point of consent, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and responses to your real estate inquiry. Promotional real estate updates require the appropriate separate consent. Providing a telephone number alone does not constitute consent to recurring promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing property or services. The booking calendar is provided through LeadConnector/HighLevel; maps are provided by Google. Property search links may take you to independently operated websites. Their information practices are governed by their own policies, which you should review before submitting information. We do not control those independent services.

Retention, security, and your requests

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including service, recordkeeping, legal, and dispute-resolution needs. We take reasonable precautions to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to update your communication preferences. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction obligations. For marketing email, use any unsubscribe option provided or email us directly.

Children and policy updates

This website and our messaging program are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.
